I am a self taught web developer and an advocate for using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) in Distance/Language Education, Government Training, and on the Internet in general. I have been "legally blind" since 1993 and have been a beta tester for several audio platforms. My employment background includes twelve years (1977 - 1989) as a Yeoman in the U. S. Navy, a U. S. Chamber of Commerce Representative, and a Fund Raiding Manager for Fire and Police Unions.
